We serve people transitioning from hospitals, recovery programs, incarceration, and homelessness. To do this, we are building a company that delivers high\-quality housing and healthcare services at scale. We're looking for a leader who has built in scrappy environments before. Someone who can create order where systems are still emerging, develop strong teams, own performance with clarity, and translate big vision into daily execution.
