**Staff Engineer** ------------------ ### **About the Role** As a Staff Engineer, you will support structural engineering and stress analysis for highly loaded subsea structures and advanced development projects. You will perform structural analysis using both hand calculations and finite element analysis (FEA), partnering with designer engineers from early program stages through structural testing and completion. Success in this role means developing accurate load paths and analysis results that ensure structural integrity across static and dynamic conditions, including linear and non\-linear effects. You will also provide clear, well\-documented technical outputs that support design decisions and testing requirements. ### **Duties \& Responsibilities** * Develop load cases and quantify loads for primary and secondary structural components. * Perform initial sizing of conceptual structures to support early design trade studies. * Conduct static analyses using industry\-standard classical methods (e.g., Bruhn, Roark, Shigley). * Develop, solve, and post\-process large FEA models using ANSYS to evaluate stresses and structural response. * Convert complex systems into simplified, ana...
