Green Alpha Property Management is growing, and we are looking for an experienced **Vice President of Property Management** to help lead and build our growing property management platform across the Southeast and Sunbelt. This is a hands\-on executive leadership role for an experienced multifamily operator who understands properties from the site level up, knows what drives property cash flow and NOI, and can develop strong Regional Property Managers and site leadership teams. This is **not a position focused solely on reviewing reports from behind a desk.** We are looking for a leader who knows what is happening at the properties and why, can identify the underlying issues when performance misses expectations, and can help teams execute meaningful solutions. Our portfolio includes **LIHTC and conventional multifamily communities**, and we are actively expanding our third\-party management platform.
