**DESCRIPTION** --------------- We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and highly analytical Senior Marketing Manager to own employer brand and recruitment marketing for One Medical Talent Acquisition. This is an omni\-purpose role — serving as both the strategic and tactical partner to the Talent Acquisition team in establishing One Medical as a great place to work and attracting the clinical and non\-clinical talent that powers our mission. You will lead, innovate, and improve our marketing investment allocations through product and roadmap ownership, identifying efficiency gains and best practices while delivering a scalable candidate experience. Success requires solid analytical abilities, sound business acumen, and exceptional written and oral communication. As a self\-starter comfortable with ambiguity and a strong understanding of marketing KPIs, you will own team metrics and deliver regular reporting to leaders — making tradeoff decisions on resources and roadmaps that balance inputs from Finance, 3P, Legal, HR, and One Medical partners.
