Description

**MTSI is seeking a skilled Program Analyst** to organize, synthesize, and align cost, schedule, contract, test, and technical data to support program execution. This individual will also administer any needed Risk Assessment and Risk Mitigation in accordance with MDA and DoD Risk Policy. **Key Responsibilities:*** Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and leadership to define, collect, and document deliverable scope. * Develop and maintain top\-level program schedules utilizing enterprise tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Milestones Professional, Jira, PowerPoint or equivalent tools). * Conduct basic schedule analysis, including variance tracking and ahead/behind/on\-time status reporting. * Apply foundational knowledge of budget planning, financial tracking, and resource allocation to support program operations. * Act as a primary liaison between technical, operational, and business teams to generate integrated program products. * Author, edit, and/or compile strategic plans, program documentation, and policy artifacts. * Develop high\-level executive communications, including weekly situational reports, leadership briefings, and white papers. * Manage and/or process Agenc...
