Reporting to the AVP Talent Acquisition \& Experience, the Talent Attraction and Employer Brand Specialist plays a key role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent by promoting the Credit Union’s culture, values, and team member experience. This position drives employer brand visibility, oversees talent engagement strategies, and supports recruitment marketing initiatives to position the Credit Union as an employer of choice within the financial services industry and local communities.
