**Position Summary** Under the direction of engineers of a higher grade, the incumbents of this position assist in the preparation of Live Load Capacity for bridges of normal complexity, using AASHTO and MassDOT standards and assist in the preparation and review or rating reports for these bridges. They also assist in the performance of Overload Capacity calculations of bridges of normal to moderate complexity using AASHTO and MassDOT standards including preparation and review of overload reports and memos for these bridges. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Assists with elements of the performance of Live Load Capacity calculations of bridges of normal complexity using AASHTO specifications as well as MassDOT Standards and provides data for rating reports of these bridges. * Confirms accuracy of calculations prepared by consultants related to Live Load Capacity of bridges of normal complexity using AASHTO specifications and reviews rating reports for these bridges. * Assists with elements of the performance of Overload Capacity calculations of bridges of normal to moderate complexity using AASHTO specifications and MassDOT standards and provides data for overload reports of these ...
