**POSITION SUMMARY** This is an exempt position providing oversight and direction for property management activities, asset management oversight, and regulatory compliance for an affordable housing portfolio including Public Housing, Project\-Based Voucher (PBV) properties, and Low\-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) assets. This position directs and coaches property management staff to ensure best industry practices are met or exceeded. Ensures compliance with asset management principles, HUD rules and regulations, LIHTC program requirements, state housing finance agency regulations, and agency policies and procedures to safeguard assets. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Required knowledge, skills and abilities for this position would normally be gained through the equivalent of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or Public Administration with a minimum of 8 years of experience in property management or related work experience strongly preferred.
