**Senior General Ledger Accountant** **Location:** South Bay, CA (hybrid) **About the client** In the semi conductor industry **The role** This is a hands\-on senior individual contributor role on the global Accounting and Finance team. You'll own core GL activity, month\-end close, and balance sheet integrity across multiple entities, working closely with FP\&A, Payroll, AP, Revenue, and international accounting partners. It suits someone who is strong on the fundamentals, comfortable in the ERP, and genuinely interested in using automation to improve how close gets done. **What you'll do** * Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close for assigned entities and cost centers under US GAAP * Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries including accruals, fixed assets, prepaids, reclasses, allocations, intercompany, FX, payroll, and benefits * Reconcile key balance sheet accounts (cash, payroll and benefits, fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, intercompany) and resolve variances * Build and maintain ASC 842 lease schedules and record related entries * Support global consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and reconciliation of intercompany balances across US and international enti...
