**Here's how you'd make an impact and be successful:** * A Site Manager manages the day\-to\-day operations of one storage facility from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and then a small commercial facility from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, providing personal experience and excellent customer service. Customer service is our \#1 priority. * To help achieve facility goals, you'll use your strong sales and marketing abilities to rent storage units, U\-Haul trucks, up\-sell boxes and moving supplies, and increase brand awareness in the local community. This is not a passive role.
