**About the Company** Anza combines data, technology and expertise to transform the downstream solar and energy storage supply chain. We started in 2021\. Procurement was inefficient, supply chains kept getting more volatile, and solar and storage projects always needed to cost less. We saw both a market need and a chance to dramatically improve procurement outcomes, so members of the Borrego team launched Anza. Today we run two business lines: platform subscriptions and technology\-enabled procurement services. Both have gained traction quickly. We've worked with more than 100 of the industry's leading IPPs, and we've been EBITDA positive since 2022\. Our newest venture is Anza Exchange, a marketplace where US power companies buy and sell transformers, PV modules, high\-voltage breakers and other large capital equipment. That includes equipment already in inventory and equipment on order that's no longer needed. In this market, lead times stretch for years and project plans change constantly, so stranded equipment and unmet demand sit side by side. The Exchange connects them.
