**Standard Job Description** ---------------------------- This position is for a program finance manager for the Exploration mission segment in the Commercial Civil Space Line of Business. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: * Driving business results for the Exploration portfolio of programs by integrating data from various teams and managing short and long\-range financial / program performance. * Direct Interface to the Customer Financial counterparts * Provide active direction and leadership to a team of finance professionals through the application of Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives * Provide oversight and ensure compliance of all EVMS–related processes and command media with understanding of PPMd\-01 and PPMd\-02 implementation. * Supporting new business pursuits in development of executable and competitive proposals. * Provide support \& guidance to CAMs and PMs on proper financial management and decision making. * Provide sound guidance to program finance leadership concerning business and financial processes and issues. * Assess risks and opportunities that affect business portfolio/program performance and help develop associated action...
