Senior Healthcare Construction Project Manager **Location:** Burbank, CA **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Work Environment:** Primarily Site\-Based **Salary Range:** $175,000–$205,000 annually Position Overview Toltec Group LLC is seeking an experienced **Senior Healthcare Construction Project Manager** to join our Construction Management team and provide leadership for capital projects within an active hospital environment. The Senior Healthcare Construction Project Manager will serve as a senior member of the hospital's project delivery team, providing direct oversight of complex healthcare projects from strategic planning and programming through design, regulatory approval, procurement, construction, activation, and closeout. This position requires a seasoned healthcare construction professional who can independently lead complex projects, manage executive and clinical stakeholders, anticipate project risks, and provide strategic guidance related to cost, schedule, phasing, procurement, design, and construction.
