**Job Summary** The Project Control Accountant shall report directly to the Corporate Director of Finance and Administration and will support the Corporate Accounting Team. This position is fully onsite. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Performs Project Setup in CostPoint (including new awards, modifications, etc) * Develops project cost/schedule baselines and budgets * Monitors project actuals and resolves issues * Monitors outstanding project commitments (e.g., travel, subcontracts) * Develops monthly project financial forecasts/EACs and conducts variance analysis * Monitors the project’s burn rate against funding remaining * Initiates and routes at risk forms for projects that are required to perform at risk * Analyze project reports to identify and resolve issues * Performs monthly unbilled analysis * Communicates project status and findings to Project and Operations Management monthly at a minimum * Assist accounting with Month End Close – providing project financial data and resolving questions * Identifying and analyzing project risk * Track, review and approve contract required uplift (COLA, Danger Pay, etc.). * Development and execution of internal and external project re...
