Bobcat Plus is seeking a motivated, customer\-focused **Rental Manager** for our **Butler, Wisconsin** location. If you enjoy building customer relationships, growing a business, and working in a fast\-paced dealership environment, we'd like to talk with you. **The primary objective of this position is to grow our rental business.** You'll be responsible for increasing rental revenue, maximizing fleet utilization, developing new customer relationships, and ensuring every rental customer receives an outstanding experience. In addition to managing the rental department, you'll support our Parts and Service teams while driving inside sales of Bobcat Grounds Maintenance equipment.
