**Job Summary** Pratzner Physical Therapy is seeking a **PRN Physical Therapist** to join a growing mobile outpatient physical therapy practice serving patients in their homes throughout Delaware County, PA. This is an **outpatient mobile/home\-visit model**, primarily serving **Medicare Part B patients**. This is not a traditional home health position. Therapists provide one\-on\-one outpatient physical therapy in the patient's home, allowing for individualized treatment without the productivity demands of a traditional clinic or home health setting. This position is ideal for a PT looking for a **flexible side opportunity** that can fit around a full\-time job, family schedule, or other commitments. Scheduling is highly flexible, and therapists can coordinate visit times directly with patients based on mutual availability. The position will begin with a **small caseload of approximately 2–3 patients**, with the opportunity to take on additional patients as the practice continues to grow.
