**Operations Manager Trainee / CDL Driver** *redbox\+ Dumpsters of NE Denver \| Brighton, CO \| $34 to $38 per hour to start \| Full time* **WHAT THIS JOB ACTUALLY IS** Year one, you are in the truck: delivering, swapping, and pulling roll\-off dumpsters and servicing portable restrooms across the Denver metro and Northern Colorado. Within 12 to 18 months, you are running field operations, and you are on the path to a salaried General Manager (GM) role. We are an owner\-operated redbox\+ franchise, five years in, running a patented combination dumpster and portable restroom that nobody else in the market has. Small team, high standards, real growth. We are not looking for someone to drive a route. We are looking for the person who will eventually own the route, the schedule, the fleet, and the next driver we hire. **WHAT WE ACTUALLY NEED FROM YOU** Plenty of people can drive a truck.
