**About the Position** ---------------------- *This role can be based out of our Philadelphia, PA headquarters or hybrid.* Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, the Senior Director, New Product Planning at Cabaletta Bio will serve as the product\-strategy lead across the development lifecycle, generating and translating deep market understanding into actionable product decisions. This role is responsible for defining and maintaining target product profiles, generating market insights, partnering with commercial on customer understanding and bottom\-up forecasting pre\-launch while ensuring that development, regulatory, and commercial strategies are aligned to deliver differentiated, clinically meaningful therapies that meet unmet patient and provider needs. **Responsibilities Include** ---------------------------- * Lead product\-focused new product planning across early\- and late\-stage programs, including definition and evolution of Target Product Profiles (TPPs). * Design and oversee qualitative and quantitative market research to inform product design, indication prioritization, and differentiation strategy. * Translate customer, payer, and market insights into clear produc...
