FOH Operations \& Training Manager **Prohibition \& Repeal \| Salt Lake City / Murray, Utah** **Full Time \| $68,000–$75,000 Annual Salary** Prohibition and Repeal are seeking a strong people leader to serve as **FOH Operations \& Training Manager** across two independently owned, 21\+ hospitality concepts. This position is built around a simple objective: **Develop excellent employees and leaders who consistently deliver the intended guest experience.** This is a hands\-on leadership role combining employee development, FOH operations, service standards, scheduling, guest relations, and day\-to\-day people management. It is not a traditional restaurant management position built around routinely covering shifts or closing the business. The position reports to the General Manager and works with leadership at both locations.
