Your missionWe are looking for a motivated IT Working Student to support our internal IT operations at Hypatos. You will work closely with our IT and Security teams, supporting daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in a modern, cloud-first SaaS environment.Your Responsibilities:Provide first-level hardware and software support for Hypatos employeesSupport the administration of our Microsoft 365 environmentProvide internal IT support for Line-of-Business applications, including:Microsoft 365 / Microsoft OfficeJira and ConfluenceSlackSecurity tools such as password managersMDM solutionsOther business-critical SaaS applicationsAssist with user onboarding and offboarding workflows (accounts, access, devices)Support hardware asset inventory management and trackingAssist with the implementation and operation of IT and security controls under guidance from the Head of Information Security.
