**Position Summary** The Production Manager is responsible for Site production performance with respect to HS\&E, on\-time delivery, production cost and quality and adherence to the production plan. **Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities** * Lead and manage day\-to\-day production operations. Plan production to ensure delivery of products on time, to quality and cost * Ensure effective utilization of production resources and drive productivity improvements * Manage staff selection, performance and development to ensure requisite competencies and capabilities * Update and Maintain necessary records/ documents of production work performed including the defined DLA board, ensuring items are escalated as appropriate * Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with relevant legislation and Company requirements **Supervisory Scope** * Direct Reports: hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs and develops direct reports using company\-wide processes, tools and resources * Indirect Reports: may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports Required Skills **Minimum Qualifications** Education Level (Required): High School Diplom...
