Description

* Bachelor's Degre or a combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. * A minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in a Delivery Manager role or similar supporting application and software projects within a Professional Services and/or Managed Services environment * Deep knowledge of Agile and primary frameworks of Scrum, Kanban, XP, and SAFe. * Deep knowledge of the agile software development and delivery life cycle including product ownership, workflow management, lean, and overall systems thinking. * Servant Leadership: Motivated by other's success without seeking credit. Influences decisions through supportive leadership as opposed to management. * Pragmatism: Addresses problems or difficult situations by focusing on practical approaches.
