At Neighbor, we’re building the world’s largest hyperlocal storage marketplace. We’ve raised over $75 million from top\-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz and the creators of DoorDash, Airbnb, and Uber. Our marketplace already operates in all 50 states, and we’re just getting started. We are looking for a **Paid Search Contractor** to help scale renter acquisition. This role will focus on optimizing Google and Bing ad campaigns to drive incremental growth above our target ROAS. This role will consult on strategy, but is highly execution\-focused, working closely under our Head of Paid Search. ### **Primary Responsibilities** * Ongoing campaign management with tROAS and conversion value optimization * Launch ad copy, landing page, and bidding tests and report back on results * Monitor account trends, performance and competitive activity, raising issues early and often * Build and maintain the tools that keep the account healthy end to end, including scripts, alerts and automated checks. * Manage keyword expansion and negative keywords, documenting changes * Review insights, search query, and audience reports to sharpen targeting and improve performance * Deliver regular re...
