**Role** -------- In line with AltaOne's mission, vision, and values, the IT Network Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the operational leadership, administration, security, and reliability of the credit union's technology infrastructure. This position manages the Service Desk and Infrastructure teams while overseeing network operations, systems administration, cybersecurity controls, telecommunications, and end\-user technology services. The IT Network Infrastructure Manager serves as a technical leader and people manager, ensuring the availability, performance, security, and supportability of enterprise technology platforms. The position works closely with the VP of Information Technology to implement strategic initiatives, maintain regulatory compliance, strengthen cybersecurity posture, and deliver exceptional technology services to internal and external stakeholders.
