**What You’ll Own** * Maintain rolling P\&L, CapEx, and headcount forecasts * Lead monthly reporting, variance analysis, and performance commentary * Support the annual budget and long\-range planning processes * Build financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and executive presentations * Analyze revenue, margin, customer, product, and operating expense performance * Partner with business leaders to validate assumptions and uncover actionable insights * Consolidate financial results across domestic and international operations * Improve reporting processes, tools, and financial visibility across the organization **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related business field * 3 or more years of experience in FP\&A, accounting, or financial analysis * Experience within consumer products, retail, or another product\-based business * Advanced Excel * Experience managing and analyzing large datasets * Strong communication skills with the ability to present a complete and concise financial story Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
