**Property Manager** **Job Summary** We are currently seeking a full\-time **Assistant Property Manager** to help oversee a large apartment community located in Madison and Sun Prairie, WI. The **Assistant Property Manager** will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations at assigned properties. Tasks include maintaining property rentals, marketing and filling vacancies, enforcing leases and securing premises. This is a full\-time position requiring regular attendance in accordance with Metropolitan Associates’ attendance policy, valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle as frequent travel is required.
