Position Summary: The Construction Manager will have overall construction management, administration and inspection responsibility for municipal/public works projects including: street improvements; traffic signal improvements; and, water, waste water, and drainage improvements. The construction manager shall ensure the construction contractor’s compliance with the approved plans, specifications, and contract provisions, and shall be the primary point of contact with each client. Preference given to candidates with professional licenses, inspection certificates, and extensive experience in street improvement, water, wastewater, and drainage projects. This role is Part\-time hours between 20\-30 hours weekly, with travel to the job site throughout the greater LA Metro area.
