**Welcome to Love's!** Our Culture and Events department is seeking an **Employee Recognition \& Engagement Coordinator** to deliver operational, administrative, and program support for employee recognition, engagement, culture, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives. This position coordinates the day\-to\-day administration of the Heart of Love's recognition program, supports OneERG governance and activities, assists with employee engagement programs, and helps ensure successful execution of Culture \& Engagement initiatives across the organization. This position serves as a key coordinator among internal stakeholders, vendors, employee resource groups, and cross\-functional partners to support a culture where team members feel valued, connected, and engaged. **Job Functions:** * Manage day\-to\-day operations of the Heart of Love's recognition program. * Coordinate recognition card inventory, ordering, fulfillment, and distribution activities. * Maintain recognition program files, documentation, trackers, and supporting materials. * Monitor recognition activity and assist with reporting and program analysis. * Coordinate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and system part...
