**For questions regarding this position, please contact the Recruiter listed in the Supplemental Information section.** **ABOUT THE POSITION** ---------------------- Riverside University Health System\-Medical Center (RUHS\-MC) has Clinical Pharmacist I \- Per Diem opportunities available with Correctional Health Pharmacy Services (CHS) at the main medical center campus in Moreno Valley, CA. The Clinical Pharmacist I – Per Diem roles with CHS will support the added volume of prescriptions, newly added services, and extended pharmacy operational hours/days as part of the CalAIM initiative. Incumbents oversee pharmacy workflow to ensure accurate, timely, and safe dispensing and distribution of medications. Responsibilities include monitoring drug therapy, adjusting doses based on individual patient parameters, interfacing with medical staff on issues related to drug therapy, and promoting the cost\-effective and appropriate utilization of pharmaceuticals.
