**Job Duties/Responsibilities:** **Proposal Leadership and Pursuit Management** * Lead the planning, strategy, coordination, development, and delivery of proposals and qualifications packages from kickoff through final submission. * Develop proposal schedules, work plans, outlines, assignments, and review milestones, and provide the structure and accountability necessary to keep pursuit teams on track. * Coordinate with technical professionals, firm leadership, proposal staff, graphic designers, subconsultants, and other contributors to gather, develop, and refine proposal content. * Interpret solicitation requirements and ensure each submission complies with procurement requirements, evaluation criteria, and client\-specific instructions. * Facilitate go/no\-go discussions, strategy sessions, kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and proposal reviews, and debriefs (internal and external). * Develop pursuit strategies, win themes, key messages, and value propositions that connect Sanbell’s experience and expertise to the client’s needs. * Independently manage multiple concurrent proposals while maintaining quality and meeting critical deadlines. * Manage quality assurance and qualit...
