**In Office Position: Commercial Construction Project Engineer** Reports to: Project Manager and/or Operations Manager **Summary** Assists Operations/Project Manager in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, and quality standards are met. Exercises independent judgment related to day\-to\-day administration of projects. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** 1\. Assist in obtaining pricing for the development of cost estimates and bids. 2\. Assist in the development and maintenance of construction project schedules. 3\. Assist in bidding process including development and production of bid instructions. 4\. Assist Project Manager in communicating effectively with the Owner, coordinating team meetings, and complying with contract documents. 5\. Review, maintain and distribute required project documentation \& logs, including (but not limited to: Request for Information (RFI); Submittals; Contract Documents; Change Orders; Contract Close\-Out Documentation. 6\. Assist Superintendent with the implementation of field operations including job site safety procedures, quality control, scheduling subcontractors, notifications, signage, supplies, and equipment....
