Description: **Location:** Healthy Kids Programs, 2 Summit Court, Fishkill, NY 12524 **Schedule** Part\-time, Monday–Friday. Employees will be assigned one consistent weekday shift at hire based on program needs. Available shifts include: * 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM * 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM * 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Pay:** $18/hour \-$21/hour depending on experience. **Position Overview** Healthy Kids Programs is seeking **Part\-Time** **Customer Service** **\& Automation Specialists** to support family enrollment while helping improve and streamline internal registration processes. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective families during the enrollment journey while also identifying opportunities to automate workflows, improve communications, and increase operational efficiency across registration and customer support functions. This role also serves as a trusted resource for families navigating childcare assistance programs. The Customer Service \& Automation Specialist will develop expertise in childcare subsidy programs and guide families through eligibility, enrollment, and renewal processes to improve access and reduce barriers to care.
