**Summary** The Assistant Site Manager is a member of the Field Operations team, supporting safe and efficient yard operations at a given customer site. Partnering with the Site Manager, this role supports operations through equipment checks, safety compliance, and maintenance escalation. This role also reinforces high service standards through people and team development. The ideal candidate is a hands\-on, team\-oriented operator who can effectively support frontline execution, develop talent, and help deliver consistent, high\-quality service and customer satisfaction. **Operational Excellence** Support the Site Manager in monitoring performance metrics, identifying process improvements, and assisting with issue resolution that impacts service levels. Assist in equipment inspections to ensure good working conditions and communicate repair needs to the Site Manager for vendor coordination. Drive a minimum of 30 hours per week.
