This position serves as the primary owner of Epic quarterly release planning and execution, Data Courier governance, Epic UserWeb administration, Nova administration, and Epic environment coordination. The role acts as a central liaison between Epic representatives, application analysts, technical teams, leadership, training resources, and operational stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of Epic releases, effective migration of Epic content, stable system environments, and ongoing compliance with Epic governance processes.
