**Summary:** The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized physical therapy treatment programs for patients recovering from orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, and post\-surgical conditions. The PT works collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to restore function, reduce pain, improve mobility, and maximize patient outcomes.
