Tri County Care Management Organization (TCCMO) is a non\-profit organization that provides care management (case management) services for children with complex mental health, behavioral, developmental and/or substance abuse challenges in Hunterdon, Somerset and Warren Counties. We are currently seeking an Accounting Supervisor based in Branchburg, NJ. This position reports to the CFO and has primary responsibility for supervision of Finance Department staff and day\-to\-day operations of the department. The ideal candidate for this position will be a team player with progressive experience in multiple areas of financial management, a desire for learning and career growth, and an appreciation for the unique needs of the non\-profit sector. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement based on established TCCMO policy after an initial period of training and orientation. TCCMO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
