Description: **Position Overview:** The Creative Communications Manager leads the strategy, creative development, coordination, and execution of communications and marketing initiatives for Change Church. This role serves as a key steward of the Change Church brand, ensuring that the church communicates with clarity, creativity, consistency, relevance, and excellence across digital, social, print, promotional, ministry, and church\-wide platforms. This is both a creative and execution\-focused role. The Creative Communications Manager must be an exceptional communicator and creative thinker who can develop concepts, shape messaging, write and edit compelling content, recognize a strong creative idea, and translate vision into communication that connects with the intended audience. At the same time, this person must be highly organized and able to turn ideas into executable plans.
