**Job Overview** As a Foreman/Supervisor, you’ll coordinate construction work from the field, keeping crews aligned on safety, quality, schedule, and budget. You’ll review construction drawings, organize daily activities, and communicate progress and issues to project teams. Your impact: Clear coordination helps crews work safely and efficiently while supporting reliable project delivery for clients and the wider team. **Responsibilities** * Manage crews, assign work, and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment across the construction site. * Review blueprints and technical drawings, identify field conflicts, and coordinate resolutions with project management. * Track construction schedules, project scheduling updates, quality control, and budget needs; support construction schedule coordination. * Apply construction safety management practices and applicable construction regulations, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and federal construction safety regulations. * Maintain project records and communicate updates using construction management software and tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, or HeavyBid, as applicable. **Qua...
