**Patera Landscaping** is looking for a motivated and experienced salesperson to help grow our pool division. We primarily install fiberglass and vinyl\-liner pools, along with complete outdoor\-living projects that may include patios, landscaping, lighting and other enhancements. We also work with gunite pools from time to time. This is an opportunity to join us near the beginning and help build something special. Patera Landscaping is an established Omaha company and we’re ready to become one of the area’s leading pool installers. We need someone who can connect with homeowners, understand their vision and confidently guide them through a major investment. Responsibilities * Respond promptly to new pool leads and customer inquiries * Meet with homeowners to discuss their goals, property and budget * Explain fiberglass, vinyl\-liner and gunite pool options * Present pool designs, features, equipment and upgrade options * Prepare clear proposals and follow up consistently * Sell complete backyard projects, including patios, landscaping and lighting * Build trust and guide customers through the decision\-making process * Coordinate with designers, estimators and installation crews *...
