Job Description: Chewy is looking for a Learning Operations Manager to join our Learning Team onsite in our Ocala, FL fulfillment center! In this role, you will lead and support a team of Learning And Forklift Coordinators who support and train the onsite Operations team in job processes and PIT training. An effective LOM partners closely with the site Operations team to identify potential risk to trained headcount and develops plan for the team to execute training that bridges the gap, while maintaining a training budget. Our Learning teams support on\-the\-job training with a team of operations trainers who volunteer to train newly hired, peers; our Learning leaders spend time working with operations to identify future trainers and recruit them to participate in the program. Our Learning Operations Managers build and maintain effective partnerships with site Operations, but also with HR, Safety, and Recruiting.
