**Job Summary:** The Safety Professional II, under supervision, assists in developing, implementing, and auditing safety policies to ensure regulatory compliance. Supports safety programs across locations, assists other safety professionals, and promotes a strong safety culture by advising field employees, management, and customers on safety and injury prevention. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Facilitate training in\-person, virtually, or as an e\-learning in collaboration with the Training Dept. * Train field leaders on their responsibilities in safety protocols, programs, and hazard identification. * Assist in incident management by tracking follow\-ups and communicating as needed. * Ensure proper documentation is obtained in a timely manner, and that work\-related injuries are managed appropriately. * Assist in developing and communicating site\-specific safety plans and review to ensure the plan meets all customer requirements.
