**Job Duties:** * Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. * Respond to patient and caregivers' inquiries compassionately and respectfully. * Collect and process necessary forms, such as insurance details, medical histories, and consent forms. * Collect co\-pays, process payments, and verify insurance information for billing purposes. * Communicate with patients, radiologists, or technologists regarding patient needs or appointment changes. * Update and maintain accurate patient files, both physical and electronic, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Answer phone calls and relay messages. * Assist with administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and scanning documents * Other duties as assigned. **Education and Experience:** * High school diploma or equivalent required. * 2\+ years related experience preferred. * Prior healthcare experience preferred. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** * Excellent customer services skills with the ability to be empathetic to patient needs. * Ability to show genuine concern and understanding towards patient circumstances. * Strong communication skills, with ability to li...
