In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing support on U.S. Customs inquiries, documentation, clearance issues, and general customs requirements. You will work closely with our customs operations and technical teams to resolve shipment issues, provide guidance to clients, and help ensure customs requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
