**Overview** We are seeking a **Field Lead Supervisor** to oversee multiple Field Leads and field teams across large\-scale project sites spanning tens of acres. This role is responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high\-quality field operations while ensuring projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with Exodigo's operational standards. The Field Lead Supervisor will provide day\-to\-day leadership across multiple crews, coordinating work plans, allocating resources, and supporting Field Leads to ensure seamless execution.
