**Job Title:** In\-Person Social Media Assistant **Location:** Fayetteville, NC (In\-Person Only) **Pay:** $120/day **Schedule:** 8 hours/day, 5 days/week **Role Overview:** Looking for a reliable, organized assistant with marketing experience to support daily content creation and posting across multiple social media platforms. This is a fast\-paced, hands\-on role. **Responsibilities:** * Assist with filming short\-form content (Reels, TikTok, etc.) * Help with outfit changes, setup, and resetting between shoots * Light organization tasks (laundry, tidying, etc.) * Post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc. * Assist with content management and daily tasks * General support tasks as needed, Running occasional errands **Requirements:** * Prior social media/marketing experience REQUIRED * Strong understanding of Instagram/TikTok trends and posting * Reliable, punctual, and organized * Able to work quickly in a fast\-paced environment * Must be comfortable working in a content creation setting * In\-person only (no remote work) Looking for someone proactive who can keep content flowing and help grow the brand.
