Madera, California, 93636 **About Us:** The Inpatient Pharmacy Department at Valley Children’s utilizes evidence\-based therapeutic guidelines to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients. Our highly trained pharmacists and pharmacy technicians work side\-by\-side with providers and other interprofessional teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, while utilizing state\-of\-the\-art technology to maximize patient safety. Inpatient Pharmacy provides clinical interdisciplinary pharmacy services in all inpatient areas including Rehab, PICU, NICU, Acute Care, and Oncology. We have numerous pharmacy advance practice protocols including antibiotic monitoring, anticoagulation, IV to oral conversion, and renal dosing. Other clinically supported services include the Emergency Department, Palliative Care, Investigational Drug oversight, and parenteral nutrition (including production). Our team members also support the following specialty clinics: Oncology, Hematology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology/CF, Endocrinology, Neurology, Cardiology and our complex primary care center.
