For more information, please visit** **the.team** **.** **Job Overview:** Responsible for supporting THE.TEAM Brands \& Properties Accounting team in their efforts to accomplish the company’s goals and objectives by providing accounting and financial support. This includes generating customer invoices, reviewing and analyzing customer contracts, processing supplier invoices, preparing journal entries, preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, setting up and activating projects, supporting with customer invoicing reconciliations, and any other ad hoc support as needed. **Term end date:** Projected end date of 3/31/27 but could extend. **WHAT YOU'LL DO:** * Generate customer invoices * Process supplier invoices * Communicate and liaison with B\&P team departments on invoice and payment statuses * Review client scopes (SOWs) and approve Salesforce records * Prepare Journal entries * Assis...
