**The Purpose of Your Role** The Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for building and sustaining meaningful connections between OCD Anxiety Centers and the communities we serve — locally and nationally. This is a relationship\-first role with a public\-facing, national presence. You will bridge our alumni program with broader community outreach, turning former clients into advocates, amplifying our mission through storytelling and events, and deepening our reach among individuals and families affected by Anxiety, Trauma, and OCD. You will be the face of our brand in the community, working closely with the Marketing Director to ensure every touchpoint — from a virtual support group to a national awareness campaign — reflects our values and drives both engagement and admissions. This role supports programs across all OCD Anxiety Centers locations and requires flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work, scheduled in advance. **Success Indicators/KPIs** * \>100 individual alumni actively participating in the program on a monthly basis * \>2 virtual support meetings held per week, with consistent growth in attendance over time (separate groups for alumni and the gen...
