**For questions regarding this position, please contact the Recruiter listed in the Supplemental Information section.** **ABOUT THE POSITION** ---------------------- Riverside University Health System (RUHS) has a **Clinical Pharmacist I \- PER DIEM \- Overnight** opportunity with the Emergency Department Pharmacy of the main medical center campus, located in Moreno Valley CA. The Clinical Pharmacist I – Per Diem oversees pharmacy workflow to ensure accurate, timely, and safe dispensing and distribution of medications. Incumbents monitor drug therapy, adjust doses based on individual patient parameters, interface with medical staff on issues related to drug therapy, and promote the cost\-effective and appropriate utilization of pharmaceuticals. **This role also entails precepting within the RUHS PGY\-2 Emergency Medicine Pharmacy residency program.** **Ideal candidates will have:** * Completion of PG\-Y2 Emergency Medicine Residency and/or hold board certification in Emergency Medicine Pharmacy. * Advanced clinical knowledge of medications used in emergency care. * Rapid decision\-making skills, and the ability to work effectively in high\-pressure environments. * Effective communi...
