Regional Manager – Western Region **Reports to:** Director of Field Services **Location:** Western United States **Employment Type:** Full\-Time, Exempt (Salaried) **Work Arrangement:** 80–90% Remote **Travel:** Up to 20% **Salary Range:** $70,000–$80,000, based on location and experience **Bonus Potential:** Up to $2,000 quarterly, based on operational performance Position Overview ID Plans is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a team of 12–18 Field Data Specialists (FDS) across the Western Region. This role oversees daily field operations, project completion, quality standards, employee performance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who drives accountability, develops employees, and ensures consistent execution across a geographically dispersed team.
